If you would like to order by phone please call our Orderline on 1300 88 44 19 .  The usual office hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.  At busy periods we are also open later in the evenings and at weekends.  If you get the voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you very quickly.

You can also order by post, paying with either a cheque or a credit/debit card.  If you are paying by cheque, we are only able to accept personal cheques.

Cheques should be made payable to Silver Balloon Pty Ltd. Each CD costs$29.99. Package and handling to any address in Australia is $3.00 per order, regardless of the number of CDs in each order. For an address in New Zealand it is $5 per order and for the rest of the world, $7 per order. Orders received during business hours are generally dispatched the same day by Australia Post.

It would be helpful if you would also include a contact telephone number in case there are any queries. Please state clearly in a covering letter the name(s) and spelling(s) you require.

You can also write to us with your credit card details. Remember to include the expiry date on your card and the cardholder's address.
