Damaged or faulty merchandise
If the Compact Disc that you receive does not work
or you believe it to be faulty, please return it to us
at the address below. If we find it to be faulty, we
will replace the CD. You will not be charged any additional
handling or postal charges for replacement. To contact

Internet Guarantee
In addition, for all purchases made online you have
a seven day money back guarantee if for any reason you
are dissatisfied with your purchase. Return postage will
not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

Package and Posting
Packages for delivery within Australia are charged at $3
for package and posting.
Packages for delivery to New Zealand are charged at $5-00
for package and posting.
Packags for delivery to the rest of the world are charged at $7 for package and posting.
Orders are generally dispatched via Australia Post on the same day we receive them, or on the following business day if it is a weekend.
